Villa Vala
About the property
Villa Vala is a compound of two Istrian houses situated on its own fenced plot of approximately 1300 m2 with well groomed lawn, an outdoor swimming pool, terrace with fireplace, barbecue and private parking. Within the house there is a summer kitchen besides which are planted herbs, typical of our region, which are daily used in the preparation of various dishes and drinks.
Vela Vala is a two floor house built on the initiative barn. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and a small toilet. The feature of the same is that the guest within ones is able to reach; barbecue, big table, outdoor furniture as well as lawn and pool.
The first floor consists of one matrimonial bedroom and one double room with a private bathroom.
The specialty of this house and a bathroom itself is that basins respectively stone decorations were made by owner and therefore they represent a kind of unique copy.
The surface of Vela Vala is approximately 120 m2 and can accommodate 4-6 people.
The outdoor swimming is approximately 32m2 and it is made with a modern design, it has an overflow of water and the same reminiscent of waves. It is covered with stone and wood which fits perfectly with eight easychairs and cushions as well as with umbrellas and small table. One easychair is very special; it is made of natural stone as a pillow itself.
The night in Villa Vala is magical; garden, house and pool are equipped with discreet, modern and automatic lightning.
Along the candlelight, wine, fireplace and positive vibes we wish children great entertainment, young people falling in love, the rest experience the most beautiful moments of relaxation and romance.
